Bates Office has three distribution centres in Rochester, Stoke, and Bridgend with a comprehensive network of vehicles that service 95% of the UK’s population. Deliveries will be made by our in-house team of friendly and experienced drivers.

We provide a flexible service to all our customers, including free of charge desktop and ‘point of need’ deliveries. Through our intelligent back-office system, we offer consolidated and scheduled deliveries to limit our carbon emissions.
